You’ve been second-guessing yourself for too long.
Or maybe you’ve been powering through… but it’s exhausting.
You want to feel more grounded at work. More confident when you speak. More comfortable setting boundaries.
You know you’re smart, capable, and so ready for more—but it still doesn’t feel that way inside.
Let’s change that.
This workshop will help you turn down the self-doubt and turn up your voice—so you can lead and grow in your career with clarity and confidence.
Who This Is For
You’ll vibe with this workshop if you're a...
Woman in tech who’s secretly waiting to be “found out”
Perfectionist, overthinker, people-pleaser... we see you
High-achiever who still questions if she’s actually good enough
First-gen, woman of color, or anyone who's ever felt like the only one in the room
Just... tired of doubting yourself and ready to feel good being you at work

You’re not lacking talent. You’re just tired of proving it over and over.
You’ve got the skills. The drive. The receipts.
What you haven’t had (yet) is space to untangle where the fear, pressure, and self-doubt are really coming from—and how to shift them in a way that actually sticks.
That’s what this workshop is for.
This isn’t about “fake it till you make it.” It’s about knowing you’ve already made it—and learning how to believe it for real.
What You'll Learn in
“3 Steps to Break Free From Imposter Syndrome”
We’ll walk through 3 steps to shift your inner dialogue:
1. Identify the Inner Critics
Spot the parts of you that are setting off alarm bells: fear of failure, fear of success, perfectionism, overachievement.
2. Understand Their Roles
Get curious—not critical. Learn what those parts are trying to protect you from, and why they’re not the enemy.
3. Build Trust + Rewrite the Story
Help those parts feel safe, updated, and aligned with who you are now—not who you were when they showed up.
