Hi Folks.

Yes, Crescent is my given name. My hippie parents named me after my birthplace, New Orleans - “The Crescent City”. I thought maybe it was a good name for a filmmaker (which I am) but it’s actually an even better name for a life and career coach.

I became a coach because my intuition told me to. I wanted to change careers, get into something where I felt more fulfilled, where I could actually make an impact.

After 20 years in the tech and marketing space, I started a certified training, “Coaching for Transformation” with Leadership that Works. I recently earned the next level of accreditation - Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. I am also a graduate of Level 1 in Internal Family Systems.

My personal experience as a marketing professional, artist, and teacher brings a creative lens to the coaching work with my clients. I integrate a number of tools such as meditation, visualization, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with traditional coaching approaches to help my clients confidently communicate and lead teams.
