My approach to coaching is to create a transformational experience designed to help you shift from self-doubt and overthinking into grounded and authentic leadership. Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll work together to navigate your inner world with clarity and precision, so you can lead your outer world with presence, calm, and authority. This isn’t about “fixing” yourself or silencing your inner critic. Instead, you’ll learn to understand the parts of you that drive perfectionism, fear, or imposter syndrome and build a new relationship with them from your core Self: calm, compassionate, creative, connected, and confident.

  • Weekly 1:1 60min Coaching Sessions to explore your inner system and build real, embodied confidence.

  • A safe, supportive container to identify your inner critics, understand their protective roles, and rewrite your leadership story.

  • Tools and practices you can use between sessions to regulate your nervous system, shift your inner dialogue, and step into your leadership identity with clarity.

  • Unlimited texting on the Cohere app and email in between sessions to support you on your journey.
