These Terms & Conditions apply to services and packages offered by Crescent Diamond ("Crescent Diamond," "we," "us"). By signing up for a service or package, you agree to these terms and to the client service agreement you sign before your first session.

Services

Crescent Diamond provides coaching sessions and packages. Details, pricing and session counts are shown when you choose a package and in your client service agreement.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in your client service agreement.

SMS Terms

Program description. Crescent Diamond sends automated appointment reminder text messages to clients about their scheduled sessions. Messages are limited to appointment reminders and scheduling and contain no marketing or promotional content.

Consent. When you sign up for a service or package, you enter your mobile phone number and must review and electronically sign the client service agreement before your first session. The agreement includes a "Text Message Reminders" section. By signing, you consent to receive automated appointment reminder text messages from Crescent Diamond at the number you provided.

Message frequency. One reminder per scheduled session.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages you receive.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. After you opt out, we will send reminders by email instead.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at coachcrescent@gmail.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed.
