Group Coaching

Looking for coaching and community with like-minded folks?

I’ve created group coaching programs so that clients can get the benefits of coaching 1:1 with a lower cost investment and the added benefit of building community. The groups are curated by me so that I make sure that everyone is in the right place. Please see my current offerings below and reach out with any questions.

The Unapologetic Creative

This in-person (!) group in beautiful Oakland is for women & nonbinary creatives and business owners. Some focus areas:

  • Getting visible to promote your work or business.

  • Setting healthy boundaries at work & home.

  • Creating a work/life balance.

  • Accountability for whatever feels hard.

  • Learning about how your parts (Internal Family Systems or IFS) hold you back.

  • Gaining confidence to show up authentically.
