I am a career and visibility coach, IFS practitioner, and filmmaker.

I specialize in supporting clients in a career change, rebuilding confidence, getting visible, and creating a healthy work/life balance. Through the lens of the IFS model, I guide women and nonbinary folks in transforming their confidence, career growth and business visibility.
